Terms & Conditions

Build with Mikado (“the Program”) is an initiative operated by Digital Mikado (“we”, “us”). The Program consists of a paid application, a selection process, a paid training program, and a pitch round through which selected startups may receive funding.

A non-refundable fee of ₹249 is payable to submit an application. Payment does not guarantee selection or any funding. If you are selected for the training cohort, the ₹249 is adjusted against your training fee.

Selection into the training cohort is at our sole discretion, based on the information provided in your application. We are not obligated to disclose reasons for non-selection.

The training program fee is ₹8,499. It includes a physical playbook and access to our online learning platform. This fee is non-refundable once the cohort has commenced. Access to the online content is licensed to you for your personal use and may not be shared, copied or redistributed.

Completion of the training does not guarantee funding. Funding decisions are made independently at the pitch round, at our sole discretion. Not all trained founders will receive funding. Funding, where awarded, is provided by Digital Mikado from its own capital, in exchange for equity negotiated per startup according to valuation and stage, and is subject to a separate, binding investment agreement.

Cheque sizes are fixed by tier as published. The equity stake taken in exchange for funding is determined case-by-case and finalised in the investment agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of investment or a guarantee of terms.

Information you share in your application remains yours and is treated as confidential, used solely to evaluate you for the Program. Course materials, videos and templates remain the intellectual property of Digital Mikado.

Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
